JJ Keller Forklift Operators Training

Commonly known as Forklift Operators Training, the official title of the course is JJ Keller’s Forklift Training. This award-winning program is designed to assist organizations in meeting both the classroom and practical OSHA forklift training mandates specified in 29 CFR 1910.178(l).

OSHA mandates that forklift operators must be at least 18 years old and participate in a training course like this one every three years.

The course is beneficial for new hires, serves as a refresher for forklift safety training, and is recommended following an incident, near-miss, unsatisfactory evaluation, or when there are changes in the workplace or the type of forklift being operated.

The successful student will be awarded a wallet card and two certificates: one for classroom training and another for completing the operational component. Additionally, the supervisor will receive a completed evaluation form to include in the student/employee’s records. These certificates and forms are displayed in the image rotator.

Handbooks may be purchased for $10.00 each. They serve as an excellent resource for future reference, although their purchase is optional.

Tampa Bay Training offers specialized training across Florida, catering to the needs of cities, counties, public works, utilities, engineering, and construction sectors. Additionally, we deliver training to a diverse range of clients.

Your organization can arrange for a private class, where our instructor will come to your location to conduct training exclusively for your staff.

This approach enables us to train your employees on the equipment they regularly use. Specifically, they will receive training and assessment on the forklifts (lift trucks) they typically operate.

Tampa Bay Training also has a similar class called Coaching System’s Coaching the Lift Truck Operator 3.
