Self-assessment exercises and individual reflection
Defining supervision and contrasting it with leadership
Exploring leadership origins: learned vs. innate
Understanding organizational perspectives and the pathway from contributor to manager to leader
Communication styles, motivations, and sources of power
The Peter Principle and strategic career planning
Certification: No formal certification; the employee will receive a certificate of attendance from Tampa Bay Training. This training is recommended as needed for professional development.
