We begin with a general professional ethics class that begins with a general understanding of the philosophical principles related to professional ethics. A Code of Ethics is a guide to principles designed to help professionals conduct business honestly and with integrity. This course outlines the mission and values of a company or organization, how professionals approach issues, ethical principles based on the organization’s core values, and standards to which professionals adhere. We then move on to other ethical codes and the application of these philosophical principles to make decisions. Developed specifically for city and county government public sector employees.
