Performance Management and Employee Evaluation

Make Performance Conversations Clearer, Fairer and More Useful

This course helps supervisors connect everyday performance management to a more accurate and useful employee-evaluation process.

Client Policy and Legal Boundary

The client should provide its current evaluation form, performance policy, disciplinary procedures and relevant collective-bargaining or civil-service requirements before customized training.

This course provides management education, not legal advice. TBT does not make employment decisions, determine discipline, conduct an investigation or replace review by authorized HR, labor-relations or legal professionals.

Live Online Participation

Live online participants must use a desktop or laptop computer with a stable internet connection and working camera, microphone and speakers. Mobile phones are not accepted as the primary device. Each participant must remain visible and engaged and complete their own activities and knowledge check.
