A respectful workplace requires more than a written policy. Employees need to understand conduct expectations and reporting options. Supervisors need to know when and how to act, report concerns and avoid retaliation.
This interactive course addresses sexual harassment prevention, workplace bullying and non-tactical workplace-violence prevention while connecting the general concepts to the employer's policies and reporting procedures.

The four-hour version covers core expectations, reporting, supervisor response, one primary scenario and the knowledge check.
The eight-hour version adds multiple employee and supervisor scenarios, bystander practice, role-play, policy application, workplace-violence prevention discussion and an individual or team action plan.

Live online participants must use a desktop or laptop computer with a stable internet connection and working camera, microphone and speakers. Mobile phones are not accepted as the primary device. Each participant must remain visible and engaged and complete their own activities and knowledge check.
No. Harassment laws generally focus on conduct connected to protected characteristics and other legal requirements. An employer may prohibit a broader range of bullying, disrespectful or abusive conduct through its own policy.
No. Training is one part of prevention. Employers remain responsible for policies, reporting channels, supervisor response, investigations, corrective action and other applicable requirements.
No. This course addresses respectful conduct, reporting, harassment, bullying and general non-tactical workplace-violence prevention. TBT offers a separate Active Shooter/Active Threat course.
Yes, although supervisors have additional responsibilities that must be clearly covered. Separate sessions may be preferable depending on the employer and audience.
