Identify concerning conduct
Discuss unwelcome sex-based conduct and employer policy in office, field, digital, and customer-facing settings.
PRIVATE ONSITE · EMPLOYEES & SUPERVISORS
Practical ways to recognize concerns, use your reporting channels, respond within your role, and prevent retaliation.
This standalone J. J. Keller-based class is tailored to your employer's current policy. It can also support a broader Respectful Workplace program, but each course has distinct completion requirements.

WORKPLACE APPLICATION
Discuss unwelcome sex-based conduct and employer policy in office, field, digital, and customer-facing settings.
Locate primary and alternate reporting routes, including when a supervisor is involved.
Practice safe bystander action, non-retaliation, and appropriate supervisor escalation.
TWO PRIVATE ONSITE OPTIONS
Five employee modules, employer reporting routes, guided discussion, scenario practice, and assessment.
Core instruction plus additional scenarios, supervisor practice when appropriate, policy application, and action planning.
Prices are per participant. Private classes have a seven-paid-participant minimum even if fewer attend; Cindy confirms travel charges and scheduling.
ASSESSMENT & CERTIFICATE
Employee groups complete five module quizzes: 25 questions, at least 18 correct. Supervisor groups add the management module: 30 questions, at least 21 correct. These are TBT's 70% course thresholds. A missed test leads to remediation and a documented retake.
After successful attendance, participation, assessment, and complete records, Cindy coordinates the J. J. Keller certificate, normally within 14 days.
Training does not investigate complaints, replace employer HR or legal review, or guarantee that a jurisdiction-specific training requirement has been met. Your employer's current policy and designated process govern real concerns.
