Team Building and Motivation

Build the Conditions for Trust, Engagement and Shared Accountability

This course helps supervisors and team members examine the practical conditions that support sustained team performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this an entertainment-style team-building event?

No. Activities are interactive, but they are selected to support workplace trust, coordination, motivation and performance.

Can an intact team attend together?

Yes. Private training is especially useful for intact teams when the sponsor and instructor establish appropriate expectations in advance.

Can the course fix an active team conflict?

Training can provide useful skills, but resolution of an active or serious conflict may require a separately scoped facilitation, mediation or management process.
