Program Summary:

One of local government management’s most sacred duties is to provide for the general welfare of their communities. This is no different in the State of Florida.

As leaders of their communities, FCCMA members are uniquely positioned to unite the various community stakeholders to better prepare for, respond to, and recover from various emergencies.

This panel discussion will bring together local government members, emergency management, and public works communities to discuss stakeholder engagement, building/funding resilient communities, public information/communications, and workforce development.
