Bob Case, a retired professional from the City of St. Petersburg Utilities, brings decades of experience to Tampa Bay Training. Specializing in hands-on training, Bob is a master instructor for courses like Forklift Operator Certification, Crane and Rigging, Boom Truck Operations, and Defensive Driving. His practical, real-world approach helps professionals in public works and construction master critical safety skills. Bob’s engaging teaching style and deep industry knowledge make him a favorite among clients, ensuring participants leave his classes confident and competent.
Marshall Eiss, a former Fire Marshal for Pinellas Suncoast Fire & Rescue District, is a passionate educator with a background in public safety. Holding a BA in Education from Northeastern Oklahoma State University, Marshall has been a certified instructor since 1981, starting with American Red Cross First Aid and CPR. He is an authorized trainer for HSI CPR/AED/First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Incident Command System (ICS) courses. Joining Tampa Bay Training in 2023, Marshall’s dedication to quality education shines through in his tailored classes, empowering professionals with life-saving skills.
Perry Lopez, retired from the City of Clearwater Construction Management, is an expert in leadership, management, and supervision training. His extensive experience in construction management and consulting makes him an ideal instructor for professionals seeking to advance their careers in local government, engineering, and construction.
