Overview

At Tampa Bay Training, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and exchange policy is designed to be fair and transparent while supporting our scheduling and resource commitments.

Refunds and exchanges are available up to 15 days before the scheduled start date of your class. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.


Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be made at least 15 days prior to the class start date.
  • Any physical materials (if applicable) must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • A credit will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank—processing delays are common.

Class Exchanges

If you need to reschedule your class, we’re happy to help.
Please contact customer service at [email protected] to request a class date exchange. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs based on availability.
