Tampa Bay Training’s Administration consists of Peter Cavalli, MPA (Founder) and Cindy Torres (Customer Service Manager).

We also have a host of regular instructors and subject matter experts. We work to provide the proper fit between our resources and our clients needs.

The members of Tampa Bay Training have over a hundred years of experience, are involved with many professional associations (FCCMA, APWA and FWPCOA), and have ties to many municipal organizations throughout Florida. We use these connections to provide the best service to our clients. 

Two of our senior instructors are Marshall Eiss, the former Fire Marshall for Pinellas Suncoast Fire/Rescue District, and Bob Case, who retired from the City of St. Petersburg Utilities.

We understand that our clients work in the fields of local government (administration/public works/utilities) as well as engineering and construction. This is a niche market and we do our best to serve you, our clients.

We pride ourselves in the fact that our clients are usually not one-time clients. Once they are familiar with our company, its instructors, customer service and philosophy. they become regular clients of ours.

Often this starts with a safety/operations related certification course, such as FDOT Maintenance of Traffic / FDOT Temporary Traffic Control. Then they request a management/leadership/supervision-related course or other safety/operations courses like Coaching Systems Lift Truck Operators Certification, or HSI CPR/AED/First Aid.

The most important thing is that we provide the best instructors possible to meet the needs of our clients.

We provide this training in a way that is fun, engaging, entertaining and provides good information that benefits municipal, engineering and/or construction related organizations. Most of our classes are certification classes that are required or recommended for their respective industries.

The best part of Tampa Bay Training is that our instructors are trained to be able to provide online as well as onsite training.

Our instructors love technology and use Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SurveyMonkey, and other tools as we provide our online classes.
