Public-Safety Instruction
Began teaching public-safety topics in 1981 after earning American Red Cross First Aid and CPR instructor credentials in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Can CPR, AED and First Aid certification be completed entirely online?
No. Tampa Bay Training conducts this certification training onsite because participants must practice and demonstrate hands-on skills. Delivery options for other health, safety, or preparedness topics vary by course.
Can we arrange a private class at our location?
Yes, when the course, location, facility, equipment, schedule, and participant count are suitable. Private classes are coordinated with Customer Service, and the written confirmation identifies the final responsibilities and requirements.
What should we do if a participant needs an accommodation?

Does completing a course replace our organization’s emergency plan?
No. Training supports preparedness but does not replace an employer’s responsibility to maintain appropriate emergency plans, equipment, site-specific procedures, communications, hazard controls, medical direction when applicable, supervision, records, and compliance measures.
