Tampa Bay Training uses a straightforward Florida travel-zone schedule to help organizations estimate instructor travel charges when planning private onsite workforce development, safety, certification, and professional training.
The travel charge applies to the class—not separately to each participant. The approved quote confirms the final zone, calculation, and any special travel requirements.

How Travel Charges Are Calculated
The estimate uses the number of training days, one additional travel day, and the applicable daily zone rate.

The additional day accounts for the instructor's travel to and from the training location.
Apply the Zone Rate
Multiply the resulting number of travel-charge days by the daily rate for the applicable zone.
