Onsite Travel Charges (Florida)

Tampa Bay Training delivers private onsite workforce development, safety, and certification classes throughout Florida. Our travel zones provide organizations with a straightforward way to estimate potential instructor travel charges when planning a class.

Many onsite classes require a minimum of 7 participants. Minimum enrollment may vary depending on the course, instructor, equipment, and delivery requirements.

How Travel Charges Are Calculated

Travel charges are based on your training location and the number of training days.

The estimated charge is calculated using:

**Number of training days, plus one additional travel day, multiplied by the applicable daily zone rate.**

The additional day accounts for the instructor’s travel to and from the training location.

Example

For a two-day class in Zone 2:

**2 training days + 1 travel day = 3 days**\
**3 days × $100 = $300 estimated travel charge**

Travel charges apply to the class—not separately to each participant.

Live online classes have no instructor travel charges.
