Successful participants receive a Tampa Bay Training certificate of completion showing four or eight instructional hours. The certificate does not expire.
The client may provide organizational values, supervisory expectations, policies, job descriptions or common workplace situations. The instructor will incorporate appropriate material while preserving the course objectives.
Development of a complete supervisory program, competency framework, assessment process or coaching plan is a separate consulting engagement.
Live online participants must use a desktop or laptop computer with a stable internet connection and working camera, microphone and speakers. Mobile phones are not accepted as the primary device. Each participant must remain visible and engaged and complete their own activities and knowledge check.
No. It is especially useful for new supervisors, but experienced leaders can use it to refresh fundamentals and create a shared management vocabulary.
Yes. This course establishes the broad foundation. Leadership Development goes deeper into influence, judgment, accountability, organizational culture and leading through change.
