Frequently Asked Questions

Course & Training Questions

How do I find the right course?

Start with the course families above and compare the intended audience, job responsibilities, prerequisites, delivery method, and completion requirements. If you are unsure, contact Customer Service before registering or requesting a quote.

Are all courses available in every delivery format?

No. Some courses must be delivered in person, some may be presented live online, and selected programs are available through self-paced online training. The applicable course page identifies the current options.

Can Tampa Bay Training provide a private class for our organization?

Many courses are available as private classes for one organization. Most private classes use a seven-participant minimum billing structure. Course limits, location requirements, equipment, travel, and scheduling depend on the program.

Do participants receive a certificate or qualification?

Completion documents vary by course. Some programs provide a Tampa Bay Training certificate of completion, while others involve a provider, agency, qualification, card, or separate examination. Attendance or payment alone does not guarantee successful completion.

Can training be customized?

Customization may be possible when appropriate for the course and when it does not conflict with required curricula, provider rules, examinations, safety standards, or credentialing requirements.

What if I do not see the course or date I need?

Contact Customer Service to ask about private training, future open-enrollment dates, related programs, or an appropriate coaching and consulting solution.

Where are current open-enrollment dates posted?

Tampa Bay Training uses Eventbrite as the source for current public-class dates, times, formats, availability, and registration.
