Delivery format is determined partly by customer preference, but course requirements, provider rules, examinations, equipment, practical evaluations, and hands-on activities may limit the available options.

Frequently Asked Questions
Choosing a Training Option
Which option is best for one employee?
Open enrollment is generally the best live-instructor option when the needed course is scheduled. Selected self-paced OSHA courses may also be appropriate.
Which option is best for several employees?
Private training is often the strongest option when seven or more employees need the same course. For smaller groups, compare open-enrollment availability and total cost.
Is live online the same as self-paced?
No. Live-online training is scheduled and instructor-led in real time. Self-paced training is completed independently through an online course.
Can every private class be delivered online?
No. Equipment training, practical evaluations, physical skills, and some provider-based programs require onsite participation.
Where do I find current open-enrollment dates?

What self-paced courses are currently available?
Selected HSI OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour Construction and General Industry courses are currently available as self-paced online training.
Can Tampa Bay Training provide coaching or consulting?
Yes, when appropriate. Coaching and consulting are separately scoped and quoted based on the service, time, location, complexity, and organizational need.
Is the Downtown Tampa classroom available every day?
No. Public classes are offered on selected dates, and private office classes require advance coordination. Check Eventbrite for scheduled dates or ask Cindy about arranging a class.
