Scheduled Live Instructor-Led Training
Choose from scheduled live-online and selected in-person classes for individuals and small groups. Introduction to Forklift Safety is offered as separate English-language and Spanish-language live-online sessions taught by Cindy Torres. AN IN-PERSON OPTION
Prefer to attend in person? Selected classes may be scheduled at our downtown Tampa classroom, at 610 E Zack Street, 4th Floor, Tampa, FL 33602.
When scheduled, public classroom sessions will be advertised on Eventbrite. Check the individual event for its location, date, tuition, and availability before registering. If no suitable date is listed, ask Cindy about a future session or a private class by advance arrangement.
Open Enrollment at a Glance
Classes are taught by an instructor in real time. Open enrollment is not self-paced training.
Register one participant or several employees for available seats in a scheduled class.
Most scheduled classes are live online, with selected onsite opportunities when available.
Cindy confirms participant information and provides applicable class instructions after registration.
Registration
Visit Eventbrite and find the course and date that meet your needs.
Confirm tuition, delivery format, prerequisites, technology, attendance, testing, equipment, and participation requirements.
Complete Eventbrite registration using accurate participant information and an email address that will be monitored before the class.
Cindy gathers any additional information, answers questions, and confirms the registration.
Participants receive the applicable live-online access information or onsite location and preparation instructions. Printed materials are mailed when required.
Employer or Agency Registration
Some public agencies, employers, and individuals need an invoice or purchasing documentation instead of paying directly through Eventbrite.
Contact Cindy before registering. When appropriate, she can prepare a QuickBooks invoice and assist with the registration process.

Participants attend a scheduled instructor-led class in real time and interact with the instructor throughout the session.
When Available
Public onsite sessions may be offered when Tampa Bay Training schedules a class or when a private host makes seats available to participants from other organizations.

The document issued depends on the course and may include a certificate of completion, provider certificate, qualification document, wallet card, or another course-specific record.
Electronic materials are used when appropriate. Cindy mails printed participant materials when the specific course requires them.
Continuing Education for Your Profession
Tampa Bay Training offers CEUs for utility professionals through courses approved by the Florida Water & Pollution Control Operators Association (FW&PCOA), an FDEP-approved CEU provider. Eligible course credits are accepted for applicable FDEP water and wastewater operator license renewal requirements.
Our September 18, 2026 approval includes 38 course and duration options across traffic control, FSESCI, OSHA, safety, CPR/first aid, and equipment operations. CEUs apply to the exact approved course and duration. Ask Cindy to confirm the course ID, CEU amount, and applicability to your license before registering.
