Tampa Bay Training uses a three-year training and evaluation cycle. OSHA requires each powered industrial truck operator's performance to be evaluated at least once every three years.
Refresher training and reevaluation may be required sooner when:
OSHA does not necessarily require an experienced, previously trained operator to repeat every classroom topic at the three-year point if the prior training remains appropriate and the operator is evaluated as competent. TBT's complete three-year program provides employers with a consistent refresher and documentation cycle.

OSHA requires a performance evaluation at least once every three years and refresher training when specified conditions occur. TBT uses a full three-year training and evaluation cycle as a consistent employer best practice.
Yes, when the equipment, time and safe practice area are available. The course schedule may extend toward eight hours, and the wallet card will identify the truck types evaluated.
