Continuity is more than a document stored on a shared drive. Leaders and employees need to understand which functions must continue, who has authority, what resources and dependencies matter, how communication will work and how the organization will reconstitute normal operations.
Tampa Bay Training develops onsite continuity and organizational-resilience programs around the client's responsibilities, existing plans, hazards and operating environment.
