Projects create temporary work, shared responsibilities and deadlines that cut across normal operations. Even employees without the title of project manager may need to define scope, coordinate resources, monitor progress and communicate with stakeholders.
This awareness-level course introduces practical project-management concepts and tools without representing itself as a PMP exam-preparation or professional-certification program.

Specific software, including Monday.com or tools used by the client, may be demonstrated when appropriate. The course is not software certification.
The four-hour version introduces the project life cycle and uses one guided planning exercise.
The eight-hour version adds expanded scope, scheduling, risk, stakeholder and status-reporting activities, along with a project action plan.
Participants must attend, participate, complete the practical project activity and earn at least 70% on the knowledge check.
Successful participants receive a Tampa Bay Training certificate showing the instructional hours.
Live online participants must use a desktop or laptop computer with a stable internet connection and working camera, microphone and speakers. Mobile phones are not accepted as the primary device. Each participant must remain visible and engaged and complete their own activities and knowledge check.
No. It is a practical introductory course and does not award or prepare participants for a PMI credential unless a separate service is explicitly developed.
Yes. A suitable project may be used as an example when information can be shared and the scope is confirmed in advance.
Project coaching, facilitation or management support may be available as a separately quoted consulting engagement.
